PAYMENT INFORMATION
ALL BLUE WANDER TOURS PRICED ON ENQUIRY. TOURS INCLUDE FULLY-HOSTED TRANSPORT, *ACCOMMODATION, BREAKFASTS, GOLF AND CART HIRE. *Accommodation – does not apply to Day Tours.
To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required within 21 days of Tax Invoice issue.
Balance payable 21 days prior to departure date.
Methods of payment will be detailed on your Tax Invoice (eg direct bank transfers, bank cheques, personal cheques - all payments in Australian Dollars - credit card payments are not available).
Please note: booking confirmation will be conditional on satisfactory clearance of payments. If you choose direct bank transfers, please ensure your name/group is clearly indicated on the remittance detail
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis on which bookings for golf tours in NSW are accepted.
General Information
A booking will be made if the tour date selected is available and the booking will be confirmed upon receipt of FULL GROUP payment.
A booking WILL NOT BE MADE if the date you have selected is not available.
In the case that a requested date is not available we will contact you with an alternative.
The booking is not transferable once confirmed.
Correct Spelling of Names, Titles:
All names and titles of those travelling should be correctly given at the time of booking.
Modifications/Amendments
All requests for modifications/amendments (eg additions to group bookings, substitution of participants) must be directed to Blue Wander Pty Ltd. Administration who will implement your requests. Additions will be conditional on availability. Individuals within your confirmed group can be substituted with an alternative traveller PROVIDED all name changes, contact details and package requirements are notified NO LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE DATE.
Cancellation Charges
Should you need to cancel a booking, we endeavour to obtain a full refund from our suppliers. However the following Cancellation Fees may be applied.
Please note: these Cancellation Charges apply to both Group bookings and individuals within Groups.
Greater than 60 days prior to departure - Full refund
Within 59 to 45 days of departure - 10% of the total Group/Individual price
Within 45 to 30 days of departure - 20% of the total Group/Individual price
Within 29 to 14 days of departure - 30% of the total Group/Individual price
Within 13 - 8 days of departure - 50% of the total Group/Individual price
Within 7 - 0 days of departure - 100% of the total Grpup/Individual price
If a group is booked during a special event period (including but not limited to Public Holidays, School Holidays, Christmas, New Year, Easter), any group/individual cancellations will attract a fee equal to 100% of the total Group price.
Prices
Prices are per person unless otherwise specified. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Not included
Tips/Gratuities; baggage and personal insurance; beverages and food not listed under inclusions in the travel product; all other items of a personal nature.
Accuracy
We check and re-check facts about the travel product offered. If we are informed in advance of any significant changes to a booking, we will notify the Group Leader / Group Booking Organiser.
Accommodation
The Resort & Courses listed will be used on our tours. If an unexpected change is made for any reason by our suppliers we will endeavour to make every effort to ensure hotels and courses used will be the equivalent of those indicated in the tour itinerary.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking confirmation, comprehensive travel insurances be purchased.
Baggage
Due to the limited space on the coach, we ask tour members to carry one personal sports type bag per person on tour (apart from golf sticks and golf bags).
Booking Arrangements
In all booking arrangements, the person making the group booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to the Terms and Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Blue Wander Pty Ltd.
Responsibility
Tour members acknowledge by their acceptance that Blue Wander Pty Ltd, its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of tour members shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act or default by an hotel, company or person providing services included in the tours. Further Blue Wander Pty Ltd, its agents and suppliers take no responsibility for unforeseen course closures, government restraints, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. Blue Wander Pty Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants (minimum number for tour operation is 4).
It is the responsibility of the Group Leader/Booking Organiser to ensure that all Group members are at the designated pick-up point at the time notified in the Booking Confirmation.
